How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. The Shipping time depends on the location, if US and Europe it usually takes an average of 2-3 business days. For the rest of the world, it can take from 10 -12 days.


What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. 

Can I return my items?

-Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 If you decide to return an item, it is really will not cost much to send it back to us. Just get in contact at info@yogavear.com and we will find the most convenient solution for you.

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns: If you are not satisfied with our products, we are happy to either exchange or refund you the cost. Just send us an email within 7 days from delivery at info@yogavear.com and we will sort that out for you.

You should expect to receive your refund in maximum 3 weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (Usually takes 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it ( 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refunds request ( 5 to 10 business days)

Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@yogavear.com

Gifts: If the items was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return . Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
